I found QuoteRobot while doing some unrelated research and reading today. It's a basic system but definitely helps get your thoughts together quickly into proposal format that looks amazing. As it stands, it's a good tool that really does save time in assembling quotes while managing to make the task of proposal writing more enjoyable.
